The incident happened on July 5 at a store in the area of the 1400 block of George Washington Highway.
On July 4, the suspect entered the store in the Lynnhaven Mall, chose a ring and left without paying.
It happened at 11:22 p.m. Sunday at The Aberdeen Food Mart, located in the 900 block of Aberdeen Road.
