PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Chef David Jones at the Arbors at Port Warwick is thinking spring and Mardi Gras! He showed us how he helps the residents celebrate by whipping up a feast straight from the Caribbean.

David made Caribbean Spiced Grouper Fillet and Gulf Shrimp Calypso with Caribbean Spices, Pineapple Mango Salsa, golden island rice pilaf, warm marinated black bean salad.
