Suspect taken into custody after jumping bike rack near White House fence

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WAVY) — The U.S. Secret Service said Tuesday that a suspect was in custody after jumping a bike rack near the White House fence.

The Secret Service tweeted that someone jumped the bike rack along the north fence line of Pennsylvania Avenue.
