NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The City of Norfolk says water and sewer utility work will reduce travel lanes on Northampton Boulevard in Norfolk beginning Friday, Dec. 2.
City officials say the work will take place on weekends only from 7 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Travel lanes on both the east and westbound sides will be reduced between Interstate 64 and Burton Station Road and Wesleyan Drive at Northampton.
The city says drivers should expect left turn lane reductions at Wesleyan Drive.
The work is expected to last until Jan. 2, 2017.
