NASSAWADOX, Va. (WAVY) — Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital is adding more security after a deadly stabbing Monday.

Some of the safety measures being implemented include employee escorts to parking lots if requested and parking lot patrols by sheriff’s deputies during shift changes.
