Police searching for missing Portsmouth woman

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Police Department are looking for a missing Portsmouth woman.

52-year-old Zuleika S. Horton was last seen at a family member’s home in the 2600 block of High Street on Tuesday, Nov. 1, according to Detectives with the Special Victims Unit. Police describe Horton as a black female, around 5’7” tall, weighing 200 pounds. Ms. Horton has recently colored her hair gold and has brown eyes. No clothing description is available for Ms. Horton.

Detectives are concerned for Ms. Horton’s well-being as she depends upon prescription medications for several medical conditions.
