PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – We were in the kitchen today with John McLaurin, the chef and owner at Mangia Qui Italian Bistro in Virginia Beach. John made an amazing prosciutto wrapped Cod over braised winter greens topped with jumbo shrimp and red pepper romanesco sauce.
