FBI offers reward to catch Virginia serial bank robber

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police in Henrico County are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Monday afternoon at the Wells Fargo at 1390 Gaskins Road.

Police say the suspect is believed to be responsible for five robberies in the Central Virginia area. The FBI refers to him as the ‘Soul Patch Bandit.’

The Richmond Division of the FBI has announced a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robber.

The suspect is described as approximately 6’ to 6’3”, average to thin build, wearing black rim prescription glasses and should be considered armed and dangerous.
