Disaster Recovery Center opening in Dare County

DARE COUNTY, N.C (WAVY) – FEMA, along with North Carolina Emergency Management, are opening a Disaster Recovery Center for those who suffered losses and damage as a result of Hurricane Matthew in Dare County.

The center is located in Manteo that will open today and will continue to operate on Sunday November 13, and Monday November 14. The center is meant to provide a place where you can get information about available state and federal disaster assistance and other disaster recovery information and referrals.
