VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Hampton Roads Realtors Association will be performing outreach work this weekend to help Virginia Beach residents who were affected by Hurricane Matthew last month.

The association says a task force of volunteers will meet at Bow Creek Presbyterian Church Saturday morning to deliver care packages to residents.

These care packages contain everything from water and snacks to cleaning supplies and other household items, according to the association.

Volunteers are meeting at 11 a.m., and will be delivering the packages until 2 p.m. Saturday.
