Man arrested in DC, charged with sexual battery in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — A man from Washington, D.C. was arrested over the weekend for a sexual assault that allegedly happened at a Williamsburg home this past spring.

Adalberto Ulloa Flores is charged with aggravated sexual battery for an incident that was said to have happened sometime in April.

A victim called police to a home on Merrimac Trail on June 12 and told officers that she had been sexually assaulted sometime between April 1 and April 31 by a family acquaintance.

Flores, 32, was arrested in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Oct. 29. He was extradited back to Virginia Thursday, and is currently being held at Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
