The crash caused damage to the home, but no one inside was hurt.

Medics had to remove the driver and passenger from the vehicle. The driver, 21-year-old Jeremy Miller was not seriously hurt but his passenger, who was not wearing a seat belt, remains in critical condition. Police say speed and alcohol were major factors in the crash.

Miller is being held in the Portsmouth City Jail on charges of DUI and driving on a revoked license. Police say he could face additional charges.
