Halloween weekend is here and Virginia Beach Town Center has a Dr. Suess themed trick-or-treat event for you and the family. Dress up in your best Halloween attire as all costumes are welcomed. There will be tons of games, including: a Cat-in-the-Hat scavenger hunt, face-paintings, pumpkin decorating and tons more! “Oh the places you’ll go” Town-and-Treat event is happening from 12- 4 p.m. at Town Center and the event is free to all.

Hear the tales about shipwrecked souls, the notorious Witch of Pungo and more eerie stories that will haunt your worst nightmares. A costumed tour guide will lead you through ghost walks, but don’t get lost or your fate will be sealed forever.
Get ready to slow it down and crank up the soul music because the 3rd Annual Hampton Roads Soul Music Festival is this weekend. This year Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, will showcase their classic hits along with a few new surprises for the audience. Ginuwine, S-W-V, Jon B and Joe will also take the stage and perform throughout the night. Catch the 3rd Annual Hampton Roads Soul Music Festival at Hampton Coliseum this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 and up.
