NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Northbound lanes on Hampton Boulevard, near Bolling Avenue, reopened Friday morning after being closed for several hours after a car crash snapped a power pole in half.

All northbound lanes had been closed and were expected to remain closed until around 9:30 a.m. — but WAVY’s Rico Bush reported around 6:10 a.m. that one lane had been reopened. The scene was cleared in the area around 8:30 a.m.
