In The Kitchen: Slow-Braised Short Rib of Beef and Pan Roasted Rockfish

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – We had an all-star duo blow us away today in The Hampton Roads Show kitchen.

Chef Garett Barner from Passion the Restaurant got us started with a fall-off-the-bone tender Slow-Braised Short Rib of Beef with a Rosemary Demi-Glace.

Then Chef Peter Stine from Leaping Lizard Cafe combined several savory flavors with his Pan Roasted Rockfish with country ham, herbed cous cous, bright lights Swiss chard and tomato jam.

Both Garrett and Peter are here as a special preview of the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction & Gala that is this weekend.
