Driver hits woman in Norfolk, flees scene

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Police are looking for the driver that hit a woman at the intersection of East Brambleton Avenue and Tidewater Drive, Saturday evening.

Dispatch says the emergency call came in at 6:55 p.m. The driver was not at the scene when units arrived, according to dispatch.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the driver was driving a 2000 black station wagon.
