ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — The Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office is looking to identify someone who fraudulently used a credit card at a Food Lion in Carrollton.
In September, a Chesapeake woman filed a report with the sheriff’s office, saying that her credit card was used at the store to buy over $300 worth of merchandise. However, the victim had the card in her possession at the time.
It is possible that the victim’s card was skimmed and duplicated.
Surveillance video from the Food Lion shows a black man, with a thin beard, in his early to mid-20s. If you can help authorities identify this person, call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
