WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — A custodial worker at William & Mary accused of sexual battery was found not guilty Thursday.

Bruce Bartlett was arrested by James City County Police on June 25.

A temporary employee at the college reported the assault on June 22, but said it happened on June 15.

A school spokesperson said Bartlett would be placed on administrative leave until the case was resolved. 10 On Your Side is working to find out if Bartlett will be returning to his position there.
