Suspect wanted for impersonating a bondsman in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Police are looking for a man who impersonated a bondsman at the Magistrate’s Office in Chesapeake on Oct. 4.

According to police, a woman was at the Magistrate’s Office to bond her son out of jail. A white male with facial hair and tattoo on his right arm claimed he was a bondsman. The woman paid the man $100 and then left the area.
