NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A 19-year-old man was arrested and is facing charges after police say he stabbed his older brother Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly after 1:10 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Middle Avenue for a report that a man stabbed his brother during an argument.
When police arrived on scene, they found a a 26-year-old man with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to recover.
Stefan Freeman, 19, was taken into custody at the scene and was with malicious wounding. He is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
Police have not said what started the argument that led to the stabbing.
