Norfolk police investigate two early morning shootings

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – 10 On Your Side is working to learn more about two overnight shootings in Norfolk.

Just before 1:30 a.m., officers responded to Selden and Berkley avenues in the Diggs Town section of the city.

Dispatchers say the shooting victim was alert and talking when first responders took him to the hospital.

About an hour later, dispatchers say a gunshot victim walked into Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. They did not say where the victim sustained the injury.

Police have not responded to requests for suspect information in either shooting.
