PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – We continue to preview the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Gala and Auction by inviting participating chefs into The Hampton Roads Show kitchen.

Executive Chef and Owner Paul Chhabra and Chef Dharminder of Singh of Rajput Indian Cuisine made tandoori sea bass with coconut rice. Chef Heidi Kovell from CrAive at the Art Institute of Virginia Beach made a peanut butter and jelly tartlet.

Both teams will be back at the Founder’s Inn October 30 for the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction and Gala.
