PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – In the kitchen today we had a special preview of the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction and Gala with two of the featured chefs.

Chef Michael Bergen from Swan Terrace at Founders Inn and Spa made mini-blackened Crabcakes with dueling sauces and Chef Richard Mason from Fusion Restaurant at the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront made seared scallops served with warm spinach and bacon dressing.
