NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Wells Fargo Center will light up the downtown Norfolk skyline next week in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
A Sept. 16 news release from S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. states the American Childhood Cancer Organization has made a global challenge to light up the entire world for this cause.
According to the release, more than 100 prominent buildings (including the Wells Fargo Center), national landmarks and iconic monument will be lit to draw awareness to the disease and the challenges surrounding it.
The Wells Fargo Center will light up gold from Monday, Sept. 19 to Friday, Sept. 23.
