NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – For the second year, a celebration of the arts is taking place in downtown Norfolk’s art district.
The NEON Festival kicked off at the Chrysler Museum of Art on Thursday and continues across the NEON district until Sunday.
“The Plot,” located at the corner of Granby Street and Olney Road, features the heart of the festival, with live music, a beer garden, and mural tours during the early evening hours. Various food and event vendors will be set up there as well.
Nearby businesses are holding their own events, showcasing art and extending hours.
