Music, Festivals and Cirque for Kids – See What’s Happening This Weekend


Friday, September 16 : Jason Aldean @ The Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater

The reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year is returning to Virginia Beach this Friday. Jason Aldean will showcase his seventh album to what is sure to be a sold out crowd. He brings with him Thomas Rhett who’s latest break out song “Die a happy man” you may have heard on your radios once or twice. They will anchor the star packed show at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater this Friday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $40.

Friday, September 16-18 : ETC Music & Arts Festival @Town Point Park

Celebrate the dynamic talent and dedication that fuels the music & arts scene in our area this Friday through Sunday at Town Point Park. ETC or Embrace The Culture Music and Arts Festival, will feature comedians, authors and musicians all while you enjoy their performances. There will also be Food truck chefs, local craft brews and pop-up shops. The festival is free to all and kicks off Friday.


Sunday, September 18: Cirque Musica For Kids @ the Sandler Center

The Virginia Symphony and Orchestra will host the Cirque Musica for kids at the Sandler Center this Sunday. The Peanut Butter and Jam Family Concert Series is for the young and the young at heart. Experience the circus-symphony combination for a fun musical adventure the whole family can enjoy! Arrive by 2 p.m. Sunday, to experience the pre-show fun of seeing the instruments up close and even a petting zoo. Tickets for this must see show start at $18.


Monday, September 19 : Melanie Martinez @ The Norva Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets start at $27.50
