Credit card fraud at Cycle World in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Police are asking for help identifying a suspect for a credit card fraud that happened at the Cycle World in the 4900 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard.

Police say the suspect stole the credit cards from the victim’s car at the Oceanfront on August 21. Then the suspect used the cards at the store on August 22.

Surveillance video shows the suspect is black, 25 – 35-years-old, with long dreads and a heavier build.

At the time of the crime, he was wearing dark khaki pants, a brown shirt and white tennis shoes. He had a black backpack and was wearing what appeared to be a “half helmet” with portions that flare out.
