WASHINGTON (WAVY) — Alex Toys has issued a recall for around 91,000 infant building play sets because of a choking hazard.
The company says small parts of the building sets can detach, posing the choking hazard. The recall was issued Tuesday, and affects three models of the ALEX Jr. branded sets.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says no injuries have been reported, but there have been nearly two dozen reports of small parts detaching from the sets.
Consumers are being asked to return the sets to Alex Toys for a full refund.
