In The Kitchen: Vanilla Pastry Cream and Mixed Fruit Cobblers

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Chef Michael Kellum from Berret’s Seafood Restaurant in Williamsburg got the party started by passing up the main course and going right for dessert!

Michael made an incredible Mixed Fruit Cobblers Baked in Cast Iron Skillets along with Vanilla Pastry Cream with Bumbleberries in a Puff Pastry Shell and he washed it down with a Ginger-Peach Martini.
