Dunkin’ Donuts in Chesapeake robbed at gunpoint

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Police are investigating an armed robbery of a Dunkin’ Donuts in the 3200 block of Western Branch Boulevard, Sunday evening.

Dispatch says that the emergency call came in a little after 9 p.m.

According to police, the suspect entered the store, pulled a gun on an employee and demanded money. The employee complied and the suspect then fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.
