Four arrested after police find cocaine inside Kitty Hawk motel room

DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Four people were arrested and face drug charges after police executed a search warrant at a Kitty Hawk motel.

On June 2, a search warrant was executed for the sale of cocaine and heroin at one of the motel rooms.

During the search of the room, cocaine was recovered and four people were subsequently arrested, including Kareem Akili Spencer, 37; Alfornia Lee Anderson, Jr., 31; Selina Latoya Slade, 25, and Keena Michelle Pugh, 25.

Spencer and Anderson were charged with one felony count of possession of cocaine. They were released on $10,000 secured bonds.

Slade and Pugh were also each charged with one felony count of possession of cocaine. They are both being held in lieu of a $30,000 secured bond.
