Sim purchased the winning ticket at Quest, located at 1256 George Washington Highway in Chesapeake.

The ticket matched all six numbers. The winning numbers were 4-19-26-33-58, and the Cash Ball number was 2.

On Friday, Sim went back to the store to pick up the check from the Virginia Lottery on behalf of his family members.

They got the chance to choose between a prize of $1,000 per day for life or a one-time cash option of $7 million before taxes. The three are splitting the cash option.

The store also received a $50,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling the winning ticket.

“It’s a beautiful game,” Sim said as he claimed the prize.
