In the Kitchen: Seared Scallops and Smoked Pork Belly

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Chef Ryan Norris from York River Oyster Company turned up the heat in the kitchen today. Seared scallops, smoked pork belly, roasted asparagus and a fresh corn salsa were all on the menu. York River Oyster Company has opened the outdoor deck for the season and features live music on Thursday evenings.
