In The Kitchen: Trout with Chorizo Sauce and Grilled Poundcake

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Jodi Newland from Sweetwater Cuisine along with TV Chef and Cookbook author Troy Gagliardo came into The Hampton Roads Show kitchen and gave us a sneak preview of Saturday’s Daniel’s Grace Foundation Event at Sweetwater Cuisine. The five-course wine dinner will raise money to help families dealing with loved one’s battling cancer.

Troy made for us Trout with Chorizo Sauce with a side of Asparagus with Poblano Cream and Country Ham. And for desert an amazing Grilled Poundcake.
