Audience: ecoFest 2016

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – It is time to be good to our environment and take care of it. That is the message that ecoFest 2016 is sending to students, parents and local residents. Ecofest Director John Robertson and Jamie Barksdale from Granby Elementary school were in The Hampton Roads Show studio to explain more about the event that aims to teach youth about caring for their planet.

Nine Norfolk schools have painted barrels that will be auctioned off. The barrels are for conserving water.
