Virginia Beach man faces 30 years in prison for selling crack

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Quinn Ausidi Goffigan of Virginia Beach, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

According to the plea agreement, Goffigan was arrested for selling crack cocaine at a Virginia Beach hotel in February of 2014. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in March of 2016.

Goffigan has seven prior felony drug trafficking convictions in Virginia.

Due to the prior convictions, Goffigan faces the maximum penalty of 30 years in prison. He will be sentenced in September.
