HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — Senator Mark Warner (D-Va.) will be in the Hampton Roads area for a pair of events Friday.
Warner will be meeting with local entrepreneurs and small business in downtown Norfolk Friday morning. He will be talking with them about make the area’s entrepreneurial ecosystem stronger.
Later this afternoon, Warner will visit with Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim and members of the Climate Change and Sea Level Rise Initiative at Old Dominion University.
Warner will be talking a tour with local officials, and discussing the ongoing efforts to protect the Hampton Roads area from threats of climate change and sea level rise.
