PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – You have seen her on national programs showing off her ‘Mango Mango’ mango preserves, but now Lakesha Brown-Renfro and her business partners have opened a new restaurant in Hampton, Mango Mangeaux. Today, Lakesha and Chef Walter Smith were in The Hampton Roads Show kitchen whipping up their signature Magnolia Shrimp and Grits, which are made with tasty Gouda cheese. Chef Smith also made some french toast with a hint of their ‘Mango Mango’ mango preserves.
Mango Mangeaux is a French, Creole and Neo soul style restaurant located in the Phoebus area of Hampton.
