PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Chef Tim Booker and bartender PJ Ruby from Rudee’s on the Inlet were in The Hampton Roads Show kitchen today whipping up a delicious filet mignon oscar with garlic Parmesan baby baked potatoes. To chase down the meal, Ruby made a tasty Rudee Runner drink which is a mix of rum and fruit punch.
