PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – We got in touch with our southern roots today in The Hampton Roads Show Kitchen. Jodi Newland and AJ Hyman from Sweetwater Cuisine made us their famous Southern Chicken Biscuits smothered in gravy.
Sweetwater Cuisine is one of the more than 90 restaurants participating in the 11th Annual Virginia Beach Restaurant Week.
Sweetwater Cuisine is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Friday with Happy Hour Specials each day.
It is open Valentine’s Day for Brunch 11:00 to 2:30 and Dinner begins at 5 pm. They are still taking reservations.
Third Sunday Brunch is on February 21 from 10:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. Reservations recommended.
