Police investigating Pascal Place death as a homicide, victim ID’d

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Police have determined a man found dead in his home Sunday afternoon was killed.

The victim has been identified as 35-year-old David Jackson. He was found dead inside of his home along 1100 Pascal Place after police responded to a call about an open door.

When police arrived to the scene, they found the man dead inside the home.

The incident was initially classified as an undetermined death by police. However, the case was updated to an active homicide case during a preliminary investigation.
