Portsmouth, Va. (WAVY) – Jermaine Boothe from Stratford University prepared a post Thanksgiving dish. He made cranberry, brie and roast turkey wontons. He topped the wontons with a delicious collard slaw. Jermaine discussed the culinary program at Stratford University and an upcoming Holiday Open House scheduled for December 10th. A High School Exploration Event is also set to take place December 12th for students considering a career in culinary arts.
Stratford University is currently enrolling for first quarter which begins January 4th at both campuses. There in one in Newport News and another in Virginia Beach.
