NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Fire crews worked to put out a fire at a Norfolk flea market early Monday morning.

According to emergency dispatchers, firefighters responded the intersection of J Avenue and Sewells Point Road around 2:45 a.m. after a fire damaged a shed at the Big Top Flea Market. Crews arrived to find the shed completely engulfed in flames and another one damaged.

Fire officials say the fire spread to the Wedgwood Garden Center, damaging three landscaping trucks.

Dispatchers say no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, and firefighters say that it is too early in the investigation to say whether or not the fire was suspicious.
