Armed robbery at Hampton Krispy Kreme

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – A man walked into a Hampton Krispy Kreme store late Sunday night and robbed it at gunpoint.

Police responded to the business in the 3400 block of West Mercury Blvd. just after 10 p.m.

There are no reports of injuries. Police say the suspect left as soon as he got the money he demanded.

The suspect is described as a black man, medium to dark skin tone, 5’11-6’0, with a medium build, 30-40 years of age, last seen wearing a gray and black Nike hooded jacket with white “Nike” lettering on the front, dark-colored
jeans, black gloves, black ski mask covering the lower portion of his face, and white Nike shoes with black stripes.
