Suffolk Police have suspects in Holiday Food Store robberies

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Police have identified and arrested the second subject in the armed robbery of the Supreme Holiday Food Store located in the 1400 block of Holland Road.

Marcus Knight, 28, was arrested on charges of abduction, robbery, and use of a fireman in commission of a felony in connection with the incident. Knight was also charged in an additional armed robbery of the same Supreme Holiday Food Store that occurred on December 23, 2014.

Jason Ellis, 38, was already arrested and convicted in connection with the December 23, 2014 robbery.

From October 9:

One man entered the store pulling a firearm around late morning Friday. The clerk told police the suspect was wearing a “Scream” style mask and demanded money. No injuries were reported in the incident.
