In The Kitchen: Eastern Shore Crab cakes and Chicken Krahi

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – We were in the kitchen this morning with a Signature Chef Showdown.

Once again, The Hampton Roads Show is proudly partnering with the March of Dimes to present the Signature Chefs Auction and Gala, a showcase of the best chefs in Hampton Roads.

As a sneak preview of what’s in store at this terrific event, we have two of this year’s featured chefs, Chef Gary Sokaitis from The Blarney Stone Pub in Onancock and Chef Jaideep Gill from Masala Bites in Virginia Beach.

Gary made for us local Eastern Shore Crab cakes with lemon mayo and asparagus while Jaideep made for us Chicken Krahi.
