PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Chef and owner Gary Ward of Scoot’s BBQ in Gloucester Point along with his Pitmaster Johnny D were in The Hampton Roads Show kitchen this morning whipping up a meal that isn’t easy to make in the rain. They cooked a hickory smoked beef brisket and burn ends with southern style collard greens.
