VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Thursday, a Virginia Beach judge convicted a man on several charges following his arrest at the Oceanfront back in May.
D’Vondray McIntyre was found guilty of resisting arrest and obstruction of justice.
Police arrested McIntyre in May after a nightclub kicked him out for allegedly punching a bouncer. Officers then tried to arrest him, but he ran. They also tried to use a stun gun on him.
Three officers finally caught up to McIntyre and their use of force was called into question.
It was later determined the officers did nothing wrong.
