Two men sought in Portsmouth 7-Eleven robbery

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)  — Portsmouth Police say two men robbed a 7-Eleven on Airline Blvd. Tuesday morning.

According to police, two men entered the 7-Eleven in the 3500 block of Airline Blvd. near Elmhurst Ave. and robbed the store of money and cigarettes.

No injuries were reported.

Investigators say one suspect had a handgun and the other was wearing a mask and carrying a backpack.

Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
