WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — A local woman has been arrested after a fight broke out the Williamsburg Amtrak station bathroom.
Police say 29-year-old Nikole Krystine Fenton of Williamsburg allegedly became agitated and began yelling at women inside the bathroom at the station in the 400 block of North Boundary Street on Aug. 15.
The victims told police they had simply gone to use the bathroom when Fenton stepped between them and the door and prevented them from leaving. Police say she then pushed one of the victims to the ground. The victim was treated by medics at the scene for a minor fall injury.
Fenton was taken to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail where she was charged with two counts of abduction, one count of assault, one count of assault and battery and one count of disorderly conduct.
